WHY SHOULD I USE A TRAVEL AGENCY?
We remove all the hassle and stress out of planning your own trip. We do the research, quotes, booking, payments, maintenance, re-confirming and follow through on every aspect of the trip. We are here for all of your questions by phone or email, or in person if you are local. We are experts in the types of trips we sell. We form relationships with leading industry suppliers to deliver you a perfect stress-free vacation.
WHAT IF WE DON’T KNOW WHAT WE WANT TO DO? WILL YOU STILL WORK WITH US?

HOW DO YOUR PRICES COMPARE TO BOOKING DIRECT OR BOOKING ONLINE?
We are very competitive in pricing and as long as the comparison is apples to apples, our rates are generally as good or better than you can find elsewhere or online.
WILL YOU WORK WITH A BUDGET?
Yes, we can work with any realistic budget and will do all we can to provide options that do not exceed your desired amount for the trip booked. We will not pressure you to go above your set budget.
HOW DO YOU GET PAID AND ARE THERE ANY FEES?
The suppliers we work with know our value and trust us to provide our mutual customers with excellent service. They pay us commission from the gross price of your trip, once final payment is made or once travel is completed. This commission is not an added cost. Since the commission payment is not received for many months, sometimes a year or more, we ask for a small fee upfront on most trips. For larger, customized and/or complex itineraries with multiple components, we charge higher fees.. Please see our fee chart on our website for more details.
DO YOU OFFER FREE CONSULTATIONS?

WILL I GET A COPY OF ALL MY INVOICES AND CONFIRMATIONS?
Yes, we provide all of this in email form. Some vacations will include printed final documents.
DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?
We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance for your trip in case of trip interruption or emergencies. We will provide options for you to compare coverage. If you choose to decline insurance, we require an email acknowledgement of this for our records.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY TRIP ONCE BOOKED?
We are your main contact for any changes or cancellations to your trip. Please call or email providing your name and booking number to get started.
HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK? CAN I MAKE A SMALL DEPOSIT UPFRONT?
In most cases, only a small deposit is required to book your vacation. As far as final payments, these are due within 30-90 days prior to departure, sometimes earlier.. If you are booking within this time frame, full payment may be required. Except for fees, all payments are charged by the supplier not Anthem Travel.
